your diet should not change for a compound, diet changes should be made based on goal i.e. bulking,cutting,maintaining. IGF will make no difference to this.
However IGF can have insulin like effects so it would be wise to shoot it PWO followed by a shake with pro/carbs to prevent any possible hypo symptoms.
