HGH questions

First thoughts of using HGH and I’ll admit to being slightly confused. Have taken Semorelin and Ipramorelin/CJC with some success, but have stayed clear of HGH mostly for concerns over legitimacy concerns. I can acquire 4 pens of Humatrope...how far would this get me (fat loss/muscle building purposes) and could I augment the course of therapy with some blue tops as well (can also access those). Just confused on the administration and how far 4 pens would get me. Was thinking 4 iu’s a day from what I’ve read? Any HGH gurus that wouldn’t mind clearing this up? Even the fucking pen to dispenser is confusing me. I swear I used to be smarter

Which pen and how much is in it?

Like T said, it will depend on the iu/mg contained. I have a couple of 72iu, but I believe there are 36iu pens as well.

If I'm not mistaken those use a proprietary needle or else Iused the pen to combine diluent and GH, then drew from the pen cartridge with a slin pin, but I may be totally wrong.


As far as instructions for use, Google the term "humatrope pen instructions" and look for the Lilly .PDF.

So they’re 12mg cartridges. So a total of 4 pens and 12 mgs each. Not sure how that transfers into iu’s either?

So I watched a YouTube video and there’s a pen that accompanies the cartridges and it’s a whole deal of diluting the solution and medication and then transferring to this apparatus and I can only assume you change the needle out on gnus device each time. The deal I have for the 4 boxes would include the pen, cartridges and replace my needles.

You’re about spot on those AG for administration, and I do believe there’s a way to circumvent ingredients to use the pen once the cartridges are loaded and you can use a slin pin after the fact

I think anyways...need to watch a few more videos ;)

Is that standard with HGH? 3 iu’s per mg? 144 iu’s enough to have any impact?

3 iu’s a day for 48 days?

I only use about 2 iu/ day for healing on a 5 day on/ 2 day off protocol.
Personally, I would try to snag a couple of more pens if your just going for fat loss.

Look around in here for some posts in this area of the forum by GH regarding usage for fat loss. I think he advocates a low 2iu dosage first thing in the morning just prior to fasted cardio, so you may can get a good start on your goals.

As far as muscle growth, I've never known anyone that ran anywhere less than 6-8 iu, some went much higher for the better part of a year, but that's just off the top of my head.

I’m running 4iu ED at the moment. That’s roughly 1.3 on the pen. Each 36iu pen last around 8-9 days. When you inject make sure to keep the needle inside the fat for minimum of 10s as, for some reason, it’s not going in fast. If you pull it out quickly you’ll see a nice stream of GH coming out of a pen [emoji3]

How long will you stay in 4 iu’s for?

Been on for about 16-17 weeks. Going for another 7 or so and after that I’ll re-evaluate it I think. I usually stay on 2iu like AG and Kel.

Is there any concern for rebound issues when discontinuing HGH. Am thinking of running 4 iu’s a day for 4-6 months. That’s about all I want to spend and manage in terms of being responsible for the injections based on all the travel I do for work. I’m about 10-11% BF at 250 and and on TRT and rotate a couple of blasts a year. The fat I do carry is all on my lower ab and notice it’s getting tougher to keep off, especially with how I eat when flying and working. Do you guys think that 4 iu’s is sufficient for leaning out and enjoying the benefits of HGH. I’m pretty happy with my size (well shit we’d all like to be bigger) but feel comfortable managing that through androgens. Any insights if a 4 iu protocol of humantrope is worth it (physically and financially)?

You might be overthinking it but nothing wrong in gathering as much info as possible.

Why not start with 2iu and run that for a year? Sort of a slow and steady approach. You can always up the dosage later on and run it as planned. 2iu will give you some health benefits but beyond that I'm not sure.

I think that’s a wise plan, but am getting crossed up on literature and bro science. Seems to be a consensus around the 4 iu mark being a minimum threshold in most of what I read and at the price of it. I want to ensure that I’m capitalizing on all if it’s benefits. Seems like you’re quite versed with it and I’ve seen your transformation on the contest thread between the members here...impressive by the way! Do you attribute any of that transformation to the growth? Appreciate your insights

I appreciate the kind words but my knowledge is quite limited, at least from my perspective. There, based on my own experience, seems to be a difference between 2iu and 4iu. That said, I generally run quite a few things together so I find it hard to isolate how much of a difference each compound does beyond the obvious ones like test and tren i.e. I know charger have pushed way higher with gh but the side effects of that is not something I would want to deal with.

Makes perfect sense. I’ve read GH’s HGH thread, probably should go back through some others as well. Well whatever you’re doing, keep it up! Your transformation was awesome!!

I'm on 3 IU per day. I was going to go up but after in MK677 I don't feel the need.

When are you dosing your HGH and do you find any muscle increase at that dose or is it mostly to stay lean. I’ve just placed the order for the humatrope and will be getting 48 mgs a month or 144 iu’s. I still haven’t quite figured out a dosing schedule. I read GH’s thread, but don’t have enough for the “bulbous” dose he suggests, but a little more than what he states for fat loss. I’m also terrified of insulin as I go hypo on my own as it is and gave no plans to incorporate it. Is HGH truly worth it? It’s gonna run me 1k a month

What dosing schedule do you use windex? I’m hoping to keep off the MK677 as I don’t want the hunger issue and am scripted domestic IPA/CJC from a respected compound pharmacy. Was going to keep the IPA at the same doses, just need to figure out how to best optimize the HGH protocol

I take it all first thing in the morning fasted. If I am running Tren I will also take my T3 in the morning at the same time.

Taking it any other time is too much of a headache if I want to follow no food 45-60 mins before and after injection.

My dose is scripted based off an injury from before. Hard to say how much HGH is contributing to my physique since there are so many variables. My biggest two pieces were recovery and sleep. Both are often under looked in performance.

It's expensive but worth it if you have the income. My script is off label so I pay 100% out of pocket.

Definitely excited about the recovery potential and the sleeping possibilities. I’m a shit sleeper and depend on medications. It’s brutal, throw tren in the mix and I’m a total insomniac. Agree on your perspective around rest and recovery. More ancillary benefits for what I’m looking for but agreed they should not be taken for granted. Great that you can even get it scripted, I’ve tried and failed a few times. Was harder than I imagined, even at the anti aging clinics. They all want to RX peptides. Hesitant on the Chinese stuff and finally found a source who has a legit medical need and gets surplus on his RX that I’ll be taking off his hands. Definitely not cheap either.

Will follow the fasted part in the morning before food at 2 iu’s and another 3 either pre workout or before bed. Not sure which is better or if it’ll make a difference. I just want to to cruise on with my TRT and then have it as support for blasts. Mainly slight bulking and recomps.

I would say I gained about an hour of sleep. Doesn't sound like much but adds up to 15 extra days if sleep in the year. A tweaked HRT goes a really long way for maintaining.

If you are concerned about hunger from MK677, you could try taking it right before bed with sleep supplements. Maybe as a way to sleep through the hunger spike so to speak.

I don't want to hijack this thread, but can you guys tell me at what time frame you felt like your HGH started working? A few weeks, months, etc.? I started mine a week ago and had my IGF-1 baseline tested. I'm going to test again in another 3 weeks to see if it has significantly increased. However, I would love to feel any kind of better sleep in addition to the fat loss for which I'm primarily taking it. I suffer from chronic pain so I'm fully awake every 2-3 hours and generally only get about 6 hours of sleep total.
