    bankart lesion

    hey guys,im fresh outta surgery a month back.
    im off the brace,any idea what kinda exercises would do me some good?

    and my diet is totally whacked now thanks to the surgery!heh

    he's asking me to stretch.thats abt it just to get the rom back.
    any one here went thru the same op?

    Went through it twice, the ROM stretching is good for now. I made the mistake of trying to get back into the gym and push my recovery way to fast. I ended up having a second surgery a year later.

    I am not sure how far out you are post op, but dont try to get out of the sling to fast. The Labrum like any other ligament is slow healing. It will take some time and much frustration before you get back to normal.
