2 months post op with a high grade tear to the superficlous (however you spell it) tendon. I'm 37yo & honestly wished I passed on being cut. Rehab (cough cough) I mean my torture sessions are brutal. I hope this pays off. Anyone esle go thru this?

Wow what a helpful website.
Yes it is, that is way I opted NOT to do surgery and see if I could get it to recover naturally. It's been over a year since my tear and it's 80% better but to me it's better than taking a year off of lifting.
I opted for the surgery. At one year, I was 95%+
I am very glad I had the surgery
5 years later, I am still at 95%+
I have went through two, they suck every time. Took me about a year to be close to normal on both. Take your time and stay away from benchpress until your 100%.
