Hey guys, been having some nagging pain in approximately the area in the red circle on the picture when doing movements like overhead press, i don't usually get it from flat bench but i did this week for some reason... Its not debilitating pain but its been bothering me on and off for a long time and I can't afford to get an MRI. Shoulder dislocates used to help so much and I was doing really well there for a while and then all of the sudden shoulder dislocates with a broom stick started to hurt. What gives?
