Pec minor pain
My pec minor is in pain every time I do chest/delt workout.
Its sort of burning discomfort pain.
First time i got it (hurted like heeeellll)
I took 4 week rest.. it went away
As soon as I came back to gym it came back but not as painfull as before.
Now took 2 weeks rest, started lifting weights again (light weight) and after every workout I feel super annoying discomfort but no pain yet, still doing light weight..
A bit more info:
Range of motion is fine, no previous injuries at that site, no change in the way muscle looks.

I’ve had similar pain and here’s what I did. First, cut out barbell bench press and replace with either dumbbells or cables. You may find this helps. Next stop doing your chest presses on a flat plane. I’d start with cables or a machine and do just declines and see how that feels. Try that with some light weights with a nice long warmup and stretch session before and and see how that goes.

Oh, and for delts I’d cut out military presses all together for now and focus on rear delt motions. Rear delt raise etc.
