Week 1: 1000mg Milk Thistle
Week 2: 1000mg Milk Thistle, 20mg Superdrol
Week 3: 1000mg Milk Thistle, 20mg Superdrol
Week 4: 1000mg Milk Thistle, 20mg Superdrol
Week 5: 1000mg Milk Thistle, Nolvadex (not sure how much to run)
Week 6-8: Same as Week 5
Other supplements I am currently taking are as follows:
1.) Body Fortress Super NOS Pump (Nitric Oxide)
a.) 9g pre-workout
b.) 9g post-workout
2.) Body Fortress Amino 3000
a.) 6 tabs throughout day
3.) Body Fortress Whey Protein
a.) 3 shakes a day (30g each)

a.) 5g twice a day

7.) 1000mg of MSM and 1000mg of Glucosamine Sulfate
8.) 3g Organic Flaxseed Oil (pills)
I was trying a low carb diet to drop alittle fat, once I start the Superdrol, my meals will be as follows:
Breakfast:
6 Eggs Scrambled or 30g Whey Protein depending on day
Plain oatmeal
5g Creatine
2 Amino 300 pills
Multi Vitamin
MSM and Glucosamine
Flaxseed Oil
Milk Thistle
Pre-Workout:
2 Cans of tuna, 30g Whey Protein
4g Super NOS Pump
Postwork-out:
2 cans of tuna, 30g Whey Protein
Plain oatmeal, veggies
5g Glutamine
5g Super NOS Pump
Flaxseed Oil
Amino 3000
Dinner:
2 Chicken Breast, or Large piece of steak, veggies
Bedtime Snack:
Cottage cheese, 30g Whey Protein
Throughout day I drink a gallon or more of water.
I train 5-6 days a week, I know maybe to much, but I space out a couple days in between working each muscle group, for instance...
Monday:
chest, abs
tuesday:
thighs, calfs
thursday:
shoulders, bis
friday:
tris and back
sat or sunday:
start over again
Cardio=20 min on treadmill 3-4 times a week
