okay today was actually my off day but i went to gym nonetheless to do some deadlifts and abs cos i had way too much energy and was not gonna let it go to waste
did a lot of sets of deadlifts and for interest sake i tried to max out........was easy but i have one HUGE problem up till this day, my grip strength is pathetic, i''ve tried working on it by doing seperate grip strength exercises but its still not nearly up to scratch so my deadlift is suffering hecticly..........anyone have tips for me perhaps........PerfectBeast ??? anyone??
finished off deadlifts with 350lbs x 3 reps...........due to grip failure....
and for the fun of it i did a perfect 400lbs lift which i would have been able to rep a few times if i didn't have such weak grip strength......
i know its quite a pathetic number to deadlift seeing that my max bench is 330lbs for reps
will definately be working on my deadlift a lot more
