well guys just shot my right glute this morning and i forgot to breath! LOL
after that i realized i didnt get the air bubbles out and then i changed my needle and jabbed again was nothing but ah then had my dbol and im just excited turning over to the darkside lol checking in this is my log day one
165-lbs
200-bench
395-deadlift
Goals
190-200-lbs
230-250 -bench
450-deadlift
PCT
clomid 100/50/50/50
nolva 40/40/20/20
doing this for my mma training camp and for college football

im running test e for 12 weeks 2 shots a week of 250mg
and d bol for the first four weeks at 40mg a day

Food Intake
Morning
Protein shake upon waking (54g protein 80 g carbs)
4 whole eggs 3 egg whites (35g protein)
3 whole wheat slices of bread with full glass of OJ
Mid day snack
Peanut butter sandwiches (have to have em)
Lunch
2 large chicken breasts and pasta with either a potato or 2-3 slices of whole bread
Pre workout
2 scoops of whey with milk (36 g protein and 40 g carbs)
Post
Protein shake with a banana (54 g protein 100+ carbs 700 cal)
snack
something...anything...love to eat =)
Dinner
Either Chicken breasts or some type of seafood (salmon, shrimp,or prawns) with a few carbs.
Before bed
2 scoops of whey with milk (36 g protein)
I usual end up btwn 300-330g of protein a day and def over 4000 calories a day. My carb intake is proper. More then enough to fuel the muscles.

6'2 i forgot to add my height
and its day two my right ass cheek has been sore since i woke up ahh pain in the ass while working construction lol
anyways i will let you guys know of something when i see it happening and i will post pics tonight

Your diet has too many shakes you need some real food. At your height you are still very small and weak

Here's why your diet sucks:
1. Too many fvcking shakes... you need REAL FOOD.
2. Your pre-workout is just a shake? What the... Terrible.
3. Your PWO is a protein shake and a banana? Are you retarded? Start listening to people, you need a HUGE MEAL with REAL FOOD.
4. Your fourth meal listed is 'snack... anything... love to eat" The epitome of why you will never gain weight besides what the cycle is doing then drop back down... Your not only NOT going to gain weight but your INSANELY UNHEALTHY!!!!!!!!
5. AGAIN...... STOP WITH THE SHAKES... YOU NEED REAL, HEALTHY FOOD.
You need to not only stop this cycle now with some good PCT (if you've listened to anyone about PCT that is), head over to the DIET FORUMS and stop cheating thinking that drugs alone are going to make you big. People like you piss me off - start listening and stop thinking you know everything... Nobody is impressed with this log...

anyways its day 2 im up 169 from 165 all water weight prlly or jut my diet being better oh and for all of you haters i was 220 b4 till i lost that due to a thyroid problem so yeh i know how to diet

Soorma - I'm not flaming you - I'm trying to help and give my advice. Yes, I have '71' posts - you on the other hand with a whopping 137 are ignorant to ALL THE ADVICE GIVEN TO YOU on this board. You haven't worked hard naturally...

ok, for starters Juturna may only have 71 posts here, but if you've followed his posts he's definitely not new, hew knows his shit.
that being said, you've obviously heard the critisism and chose to cycle anyway, so expect a little flack but at the same time we're past the point of talking you out of it and should support you as best we can.

Unfortunately You are going to run into negative posts .
You can spend your time justifying yourself or you set out to do what you intended .
You maybe have needed adjustments before starting cycle . Now that you opened pandora's box your just gonna have to work your azz off .
I think some adjustment's to diet will be beneficial .
Adding cottage cheese , lentils , yogurt and nuts
no white or wheat bread , multi grain , rye and pumpernickel etc .
I would rather fail at trying to succeed , than succeed to fail !!!

hey guys just took my second shot of test left glute was easy =)
feeling good still on the dbol just watching out for THE GYNO one big worry of mine but other than that weight is still at 169 on day 4 i will be uploading some pics soon then after that every 2 weeks pics will go up so u guys can track my progress

weight is now 173 8 lbs in 5 days with the dbol not bad maybe just my diet who knows im happy so far =D

Cycle isn't really what you needed.. Kind of interested to see how it all works out for you... Hopefully your diet is all in check.

hey guys its day 23 in my cycle cant wait till the test kicks in next week well so far from my diet and dbol i have gained 17lbs i am currently 182lbs in 23 days i was pretty impressed and as for my goals on the strength gains my bench is up to 235 and deadlift is now 425 so im pretty happy so far have had a couple of crippling injections but its ok now still can not wait to see what the test does for me tho i will upload some pics soon this week =)

end of 4 weeks just stopped dbol yesterday weight is now 187!! =D

well im on day 33 now havent felt any test e effects but my weight had dropped down about 7 lbs of water weight from the dbol after stopping it so im back a 180lbs right now cant wait till my test e kicks in i will have some progress pics uploaded tonite but the thing is i still have the same strength i had when on dbol

Sounds like you are pleased with what you have accomplished so far with this cycle. While I am a firm believer in allowing people to follow their own choices without ridcule I hope that as your body continues with its changes you are able to pickup on its reactions and any warnings that it may give you. Keep up the good foods and less liquid diet and you will certainly retain a fair amount of your gains.

and i have currently been on arimidex 1mg eod due to symptoms of gyno and water bloating the pics ah i will et them up soon sorry guys just been working about 10- 12 hours daily get tired after the gym as well so tomorrow for sure
