Its monday. Think I saw mg talking to you on anuther thread. I knew you cals were high my tdee is a bit over 4200. I stick around 4000 for a lean muscle gain. I gained 2lbs last week. Yea! That's what I'm lookn for that puts me at a lean 19lb gain in 10 wks. Hopefully witha few tweeks here and there.

Macros are dialed in at 2825/ F 87.5g/ C 245.5g/ P 256.5g
I've stopped all drugs out of sheer curiousity to see what kind of gains I can make keeping my same workout plan and using this nutrition plan. (I refuse to use the word "diet"...eatting healthy should not have to be considered a diet, IMO)
After this month's end, I'll decide whether a cycle is neccessary or not. I know I still have a lot to gain by going "natural", but again, out of curiousity - I'd like to see what gains I can make on gear and compare the two trials. I have enough TestE, Dbol, Nolva, Clomid, Arimidex, HCG, and Accutane to run a complete 12 week cycle with proper PCT included.
I still believe my macros can be dialed in better - I'm really trying to get that *perfect* to accomplish the goals I have set in mind.
19lb. lean gain is nice! I don't understand everyone that tries to constitute a dirty bulk, then work on cutting. I would rather put forth the harder work in the beginning and gain everything lean from the start. Good luck - keep me posted on progress/findings!

Good to hear man. I've always ate real clean. I'm like u, just tryn to dial in that right station to grow or shrink. Ur at the age ware u can just blow up. I'm 32 now but been trainin and dieting and lifting and have experaminted w just about every recreational drug out there. But one things for shure.. my life is my drug and I just keep going back to the gym. Keep eating sleeping and pluggn away at what makes me tick. Ur right about the diet thing I've been eatn clean for a long time even fat free mayo tastes good! Lol!
