    Test E/prop 10wk log - 2nd attempt. - PIC UPDATES

    Hey guys im going to start a log here again, giving this cycle a 2nd attempt(1st attempt here First Cycle Log - Test E 500mg p/w 12wks)

    Had some problems in the past which have all been cleared up so hopefully all goes well and will keep you guys updated on results.

    Stats are slightly different from prev log, ive gained a decent amount of size naturally since last year without too much fat as ive fixed my diet up(slowly added more carbs/cals) and changed my training style.

    current stats;
    age 24
    weight 81-82kg
    bf% 13-14


    planned cycle this time is;
    wk 1-8 test E 500mg p/w
    wk 9-10 test prop 100mg eod
    wk 3-6 dbol 20-30mg(not 100% sure on this, but have it on hand)
    adex started at 0.25 e3d, will taper up if need be

    PCT;
    Clomid & Nolva

    C 50/50/35/35
    N 40/40/20/20

    EDIT** - Dropped the prop idea, just going to keep test E for 12 wks. Didnt bother with the Dbols either.

    took 0.25 adex

    Trained Chest/Shoulders/Tris - following a legs/push/pull/off repeat cycle with alternating strength & hypertrophy rep ranges weekly

    So far, so good.

    Deadlift/legs day today & 2nd jab!

    looking forward to it!

    Macros atm have been roughly 220-240 p / 260-300 c / 60-70 f
    logging them on myfitnesspal so not gna write out exact foods here

    gradually increasing it weekly as the weight goes up + if/when i throw in the dbol .

    Would u guys recommend 30mg ed for 3 wks or 20mg ed for 4 weeks?

    2nd jab as not fun, did it post workout in quads after training legs - heavy sumo deadlift day hands were shakey already, got some bad cork today but ill live.

    next time if it falls on the same day ill pin pre-workout instead..lesson learnt

    took 0.25 adex this morning, currently taking it e3d.

    smashed a pull workout - back, traps, rear delts & bi's. felt strong, slight rep/weight increase on a few exercises, standard progress ive been making past few months.
    weighed myself 83kg, need to get more consistency in my weigh ins, will start weighing first thing in the morning rather then at random times that im at the gym.


    tomorrow morning is 3rd jab.

    bloodpressure quite high today - 150/90
    takin my adex e3d o.25mg should i increase to eod?

    checked it again at 135/70 - still slightly high. What do you guys think ?

    Also done 4th jab today.

    I did the dbol at only like 20-30mg a day and barely noticed any kick. Up to you man, either way it's a low dose. . . . I just don't like orals myself. But, next time I might be dropping a bombs for 4 weeks. The low doses are almost wasteful.

    Your BP is a little high, mine is right @ 130/75 now which still isn't perfect.


    You can do like a fish oil sup or baby aspirin. It brought mine down quite a bit when mine was way up.

    ah interesting, i think im gna go with the 30mg spread out thruout the day. Already taking fish oil 6-8g a day, gna keep an eye on the BP and see how it goes.


    Just bout to finish a deload week which i took because ive felt a little run down as ive been progressing pretty much weekly in the weeks leading up to starting the cycle, i probly should have taken a deload a week before starting but not much harm done taking it start of 2nd week.

    adex is gna stay at 0.25 eod unless i bloat like crazy from the dbol. will see how it goes when i start in a week

    Try researching cialis at 5mg twice a day see if that helps. Theres a huge thread in this. And u can get liquid cialis from board sponsor

    thx mate had abit of a read of it, will monitor how i go with the recently more frequent dosage of the adex and if needed will use some cialis i have stocked up haha




    Also guys i wanted to ask, with the addition of dbol @ 30mg a day from next week. Should i be upping the adex dose(0.5 eod for eg) for the duration of the dbol use and then lower it back to say 0.25 eod as i am currently on now with just test use?

    Or if i up the dose i should stay on it for the remainder to not throw the body out of whack too much?

    check out the link at the top in the OP. scroll to the bottom, i basically had to stop it at week 4 because my heart condition wasnt getting better and altho it wasnt from the test, i was told by my cardiologist to give myself another 2-4 weeks off. so i basically took the rest of the year off training and let myself heal.
    been lean bulking since january made some nice gains after losing fair bit of size, go back into the gym in mid january at bout 73kg, got myself to bout 81kg before first jab(in the pics i posted).




    Just an update, have had 5 jabs so far, strength feels like its slightly better and defs looking fuller. Calories are up to 2900 per day.
    Smashed a Pull workout(back, rear delts, traps, biceps) - some 47 sets, my highest volume day.

    did some boxing sparing yesterday on my "off" day and some extra cardio.
    weighed myself was 84.75kg but had shoes on so minus bout 1-1.5kg, only up about a kilo or 2 from starting weight.

    6th Jab is today along with some sumo deadlifts & legs day!




    Also decided to not bother with the Dbol and just run test E alone for this cycle, with the blood pressure already slightly high i dont want to complicate things too much or cause additional bloat until i manage to get the blood pressure lower and deal with just the test E.

    A little update.

    Trained legs today, strength is defs up abit managed more reps & sets at a higher weight then last week on the squat. start of week 4 tomorrow, getting excited. Calories are at 3000 for this week, will start to weigh myself every morning at home as ive found my scales!



    Also if someone could tell me when should i be testing my BP? I test it at night usually an hr after i eat my last meal.. been stayin at 140-150/80-90 hasnt really gone down except for during the week one day it was 135/74 or so :/

    Should i be concerned or its just part of AAS use and high RBCs etc?

    8th Jab today, mid way through week 4.

    Strength is defs up now, heavy leg day with sumo deadlifts. Before cycle was doin 3-4sets of 3-5 reps on 140kg and my PR was 152.5x1, today i was able to smash 150x5 for 4 sets, and a set of 152.5x5 and i could have done 8+ on some of them sets.

    Calories are up aswell, hittin 3000-3200 roughly every day.

    I'm no expert, but I think that if you can get to 8 reps fairly easily, you should consider upping the weight even more. What % of your 1R are you trying to lift at?

    yeah i probly could have, still in that natural progression mind set so needa snap outta it and up the weight abit more. for sumo deadlift & squats i like to stay in the low rep ranges < 6, but the other accessory leg work i do 8-12 rep range.

    Doing Legs/push/pull/off/lower/upper(focusing lots on delts/trap as theyre my weakness)/off

    1st three workouts of the week are heavier and lower rep range, last 2 are higher rep range and more volume, supersets etc.

    Start of week 5 now, weighed in at 86kg yesterday, so im up about 4-5kg. Will post a progress picture tomorrow or day after

    I seem to have come down with the cold/flu, not sure if this is "test flu" or just a cold that ive caught. Its my rest day so im not too phased, will see how i feel tomorrow might take an extra day off if needed.

    My sex drive seemed higher during week 3 and 4 and now doesnt seem as high, im taking 0.25mg adex eod and have been since bout week 2. Anyone know what it might be? The gear im using is the same, 1st 4 weeks on 1 vial and just had 1 pin from this new vial which is the same brand :/ any ideas guys?

    just an update - 88.6kg today. as of last week i changed my adex from 0.25 eod to 0.25 e2d because i was feelin my sex drive wasnt that great and my knees were painful. Im eatting at 3500calories and weight is progressing nicely. Hopefully switching my adex dosing regime wont cause to many issues, from what i read the half life is 58hrs or so..? so e2d shouldnt really build up too much as eod might have been.. can any vets or someone with more knowledge let me know if im wrong here. much appreciated.

    Will update some new pics soon...if anyone happens to be following my progress haha

    I run dbol at the start for 4 weeks at 100mg ed. 50 morning, 50 evening. If I have empty gelcaps I slur it into 4 25mg doses every 3-4 hours so its steady through the day.
    Anything less than 50 is a waste in me. You don't even need caps to split it. Put it in your coffee, sprinkle it in your oatmeal, put it on your eggs, sandwich, whatever. Like salt or pepper. Just make sure its measured.

    Same thing happened to me im at day 1 of week 6, took yesterday and today off been feeling like i had a flu. But i pretty much put it down to over training and not getting sufficient sleep (having a hard time sleeping on the test apparently it increases contractile force on the heart hence why im having a hard time sleeping).

    Been tossing up whether or not to change adex timing too but no joint pain just tiredness this week so change from 4-6 reps back up to 7/8 and keeping it to no more than 14 sets per workout.

    Hey guys havnt updated in a while been busy with life as we do...

    its week 8, ive been suffering from knee pain and elbow pain which is really frustrating me but im getting by with it as best i can, need to stick to my daily foam rolling and stretching routines otherwise it gets bad!
    anyway im at 90kg and have been for the past few days, getting PRs still which is good. I took a few days off durin the past week as i was away on a family trip but feeling strong and good at the gym today.
    Adex is at e2d 0.25 still n not gna play with it anymore.

    Been having a burning pain in the groin/belt line area when deadlifting so decided to go doctors to check that out and also get a blood test to check my estrogen/test and a few other levels out mainly because of my painful knees. Same day and day after ive taken adex my knees are soo painful it hurts to walk down the stairs

    Doctor sent me for an ultrasound to rule out an inguinal hernia altho he doesnt think its that, just a bad muscle or ligament strain but fingers crossed its nothing..deadlifts out of the question till docs give me the OK, no pain during any other lifts, even stiff leg deadlifts so im gna continue them.

    Thats my week 9 update, bad news out of the way... good news is elbow pain has gone, ive been able to do 2 push workouts with no pain

    keen for the final few weeks and finishing this cycle strong!

    update time. Start of week 11 right now. good news is that ultrasound shows no hernia! going hard in the gym again, still hovering at 90-92kg havnt been able to break that mark just yet.
    Finished my bayer pharma test and back on the UGL stuff and feel it alot more, really makes no sense >.<!

    Will post progress pictures next week with before and after shots included
