ANIMAL back after 1 year injury. Ready to F s&*% up!
Here is my last cycle thread:Bringing it to the next level! 12 week Prop/var cycle. DONE RIGHT!
Last cycle results:
I just noticed that I stopped exactly 1 year ago. I had a very successful cycle, starting out at 150 lbs. and finishing around ~170 lbs. I learned a lot about my body, especially diet wise. Unfortunately, I got injured during my PCT in which I have been recovering for the past 10 months. I did not have a hernia like 2 doctors told me, it was more like a tendonitis/ built up scar tissue from improper form when squatting/deadlifting mixed with not properly warming up/stretching over the years.
Putting that behind me and ready to **** shit up this time around!
I am starting this cycle at 170 lbs. as opposed to the 150 lbs. I did last year. Here is my cycle as of now and stats:
Age: 27
Height: 5'5
Weight: 170 lbs.
Test 600mg/week
EQ 600mg/week (did not start yet)
Anavar 50mg ED starting on week 3, run for 8-10 weeks
Aromasin 12.5mg ED
HCG 250iu 4 weeks on/4 weeks off (starting on week 4)
Cialis 3mg ED
Raloxifene 60mg ED (to get rid of a lump)
Supplements:
NAC 600mg ED
Vitamin C 4000mg ED
Multi Vitamin
Going with a 3,100 calorie diet as follows:
Meal 1:
2 eggs
1 Scoop Protizyme protein
3 slices Rudens Bread
Meal 2:
5 oz chicken
1/2 cup white rice or 3/4 brown rice
5.25 ml EVOO
Meal 3::
5 oz chicken
1 cup brown rice
5.25 ml EVOO
Meal 4:
2 scoops Protizyme Protein
1/2 cup Bob's Red Mill Oats
or
6 oz chicken
1/2 cup brown rice
Meal 5 (PRE WORKOUT):
5 oz grilled chicken
330g red potato or sweet potato
7.5 ml EVOO
Meal 6 (POST WORKOUT):
2 scoops Protizyme Protein
1.25 cup Bob's Red Mill Oats
*Dark green vegetable in 4 out of 6 meals.
Total: 3,100 cal/340g carbs/71g fat/282g pro
I will adjust as soon as the test kicks in, depending on how I'm putting on size. I go to the gym late at night, get home around 10pm, it's hard for me to eat 2 meals after the gym. Cheat meals containing high sodium, high carb meals on Fridays when needed.

Good meal plan! I myself like to eat a lot of chicken.

I go back and forth between chicken and 93% lean ground turkey, in which I won't use EVOO. But I've been eating so much turkey that the thought of it makes me sick. I've gotten that way with sweet potatoes as well.
I've been eating this way for 4 years non stop, it got tiring after the first month. I kind of wish they made a cube of all the macros I needed that had no taste but did it's job.

I'm on day 14, 4 pins in and havne't noticed anything but lethargy and unmotivated. It's been awhile since I last did a cycle, but I don't remember feeling like this.
I developed "test flu" after my 3rd pin and this past week I was completely dead. It's hard to get up in the mornings and I'm tired throughout the day, makes no sense. I was more motivated before I started 2 weeks ago. Any ideas? I had blood work prior to starting and everything came back healthy.
I usually start my cycles with anavar , so perhaps that's what I am missing right now, but doing the half life, I should have 450mg at the end of week 2 in my system.

there are much better choices than EQ IMO. Glad you're back from your injury.

Masteron is best at low bf but I would still rank it higher than EQ for bulking.

After all the research I've done and countless questions I've asked the cons of running Deca outweighed the pros it seemed. I'd be inclined to hear more about it if you have had personal use.

This past week from the 2nd to the 7th was a complete disaster. Between getting "test flu" on Monday, the horrible PIP from first injections and high e2 levels safe to say I'm glad I can put that week behind me.
I was almost ready to can the whole thing that's how bad I was feeling, but deep down I knew it would all subside. Apparently I aromatize VERY easily. My e2 levels were too high and the 6mg ED of the Aromasin wasn't enough, even just starting week 2. Which is a good sign in terms of knowing my test is good to go. I've upped my Aromasin to 12.5mg ED and I'll monitor my symptoms from here on out.
I tried a new source for my test, which is why I didn't start any of the other compounds. Now that I know it's good to go, I'm going to start incorporating the Anavar and EQ. I've never ran EQ so I'd like to give my own opinion on it. I'm too concerned with "deca dick" at this moment to consider it.
My weight is up to 178lbs and I haven't been able to get all my food in these past 2 weeks, especially last week. Not holding any water either, pants are looser then they were at 170lbs. Excited to hit the gym hard this week.

Real tren and deca have always increased my sex drive, erections and made it take ages for me to reach climax. Plus i found my self looking at any girl like i was in heat. I sometimes wonder if deca dick is just a bodybuilding myth.

What were your doses when you ran deca and test? Is that all you were taking in that cycle?
