Oh, sorry ! I wanted to write blueberries ;-) ;-) Of course, I eat 300-400g of vegetables in every meal ;-)

Currently I have during a day very little activity (sitting work), so I decided to start carb backloading protocol and add some T3 (12,5g/day) to minimize fat gain.
pre workout macro (3 meals):
protein 90g / fat 40g / carb 0g
(chicken breast, salmon, coconut oil, eggs)
training about 6 p.m
Post workout macro (1-2 meals):
protein 60g-70g / fat 0g-20g / carb 100g-180g (depending on the workout intensity)
I start my new diet, as recommended by its creator, the eight days of ketosis (he says ten days, I know ;-) )
Today, even diet like yesterday and back workout. And tomorrow I will start new plan. I think that such a solution will be adequate to my lifestyle.
