The Big Dbol 30mg and Test E 500 bulk!

If you had seen my post in member pictures I planned out a great cycle I am currently on week 2 of as of tonight.
Currently running:
30 mg dbol weeks 1-4
500mg Test E weeks 1-12
Arimidex 0.25 EOD (increasing to 0.5 if needed)
N2Guard
Fish Oil
Dandelion tea ED
Tons of food q1h STAT ;) (but seriously a ton of chicken, broccoli, etc) Will post up some awesome recipes and such I make for meals for some feedback as well.
Currently up 6 pounds to 186ish.
Training Regiment was totally changed starting last week to really get the muscles having to work for size, using the agonist/antagonist routines with some small edits I throw in from various workouts that I found work well with my body over the years.

Have ran Test Dbol before but not at this quality grade I have gotten my hands on and I feel with my current education I will be doing wonders with this cycle. I am hoping to get involved in a competition after summer so this is really something I believe in and would like some great inputs and feedback. After sustaining tons of injuries in my youth such as broken collar bones and Knee injuries and back injuries, I have boomeranged back to great shape and am ready to prove to myself I have it in me.
First injection was done in my left delt, had some wicked PIP afterwards with induration and swelling. Outlined the redness to make sure it was going down day by day and it is totally gone now. So I am going back to my old routines on ventrogluteal and vastus lateralis with warming of the gear and a nice massage.
First week went Unreal, felt Dbol kick in around day 4ish which was pretty great. Lifts have been increasing great already just entering week 2. Usually will get in 2 lifts a day depending on hospital schedule.
Blood working it every 7-8 days, and will keep an eye on my BP as I have been doing ED. BP's up quite a bit but that is expected, N2Guard will help as well as some other natural remedies I've tossed in.

Deadlifts 5 sets (I don't use chest in between with my deads)
Incline Bench Press -
Wide grip seated row
Flat bench
Bent over rows
Incline flyes
Behind neck widegrip pull down
double Dumbell front raise (really squeezing chest with a turn of hand palm supine at top)
Dips
Cable cross overs finish.

Also here is a nice Chili I put together at least once a week for 3-4 days of lunches :)
2 big things of lean ground beef - Fry up chopped garlic in olive oil until brown, toss in your beef, can use turkey too it tastes awesome.
Chop up brown Mushrooms, Green Peppers, Jalapenos x3, 2 packs kidney beans, 1 of black beans, chick peas, water chestnuts, tons of cayenne pepper, Black pepper, chili powder, 5 Chopped tomatoes, Can of cream corn, More Garlic
*4 tbspn crunchy natty peanut butter*.
Cook the hell out of it and let simmer until desired thickness.
