The Big Dbol 30mg and Test E 500 bulk!
Hey guys
If you had seen my post in member pictures I planned out a great cycle I am currently on week 2 of as of tonight.
Currently running:
30 mg dbol weeks 1-4
500mg Test E weeks 1-12
Arimidex 0.25 EOD (increasing to 0.5 if needed)
N2Guard
Fish Oil
Dandelion tea ED
Tons of food q1h STAT (but seriously a ton of chicken, broccoli, etc) Will post up some awesome recipes and such I make for meals for some feedback as well.
Currently up 6 pounds to 186ish.
Training Regiment was totally changed starting last week to really get the muscles having to work for size, using the agonist/antagonist routines with some small edits I throw in from various workouts that I found work well with my body over the years.
25y/o male 186lb,
Have ran Test Dbol before but not at this quality grade I have gotten my hands on and I feel with my current education I will be doing wonders with this cycle. I am hoping to get involved in a competition after summer so this is really something I believe in and would like some great inputs and feedback. After sustaining tons of injuries in my youth such as broken collar bones and Knee injuries and back injuries, I have boomeranged back to great shape and am ready to prove to myself I have it in me.
First injection was done in my left delt, had some wicked PIP afterwards with induration and swelling. Outlined the redness to make sure it was going down day by day and it is totally gone now. So I am going back to my old routines on ventrogluteal and vastus lateralis with warming of the gear and a nice massage.
First week went Unreal, felt Dbol kick in around day 4ish which was pretty great. Lifts have been increasing great already just entering week 2. Usually will get in 2 lifts a day depending on hospital schedule.
Blood working it every 7-8 days, and will keep an eye on my BP as I have been doing ED. BP's up quite a bit but that is expected, N2Guard will help as well as some other natural remedies I've tossed in.
Currently:
This was 2 days ago, Just heading in for some Chest/Back right now!
Deadlifts 5 sets (I don't use chest in between with my deads)
Incline Bench Press -
Wide grip seated row
Flat bench
Bent over rows
Incline flyes
Behind neck widegrip pull down
double Dumbell front raise (really squeezing chest with a turn of hand palm supine at top)
Dips
Cable cross overs finish.
Also here is a nice Chili I put together at least once a week for 3-4 days of lunches
2 big things of lean ground beef - Fry up chopped garlic in olive oil until brown, toss in your beef, can use turkey too it tastes awesome.
Chop up brown Mushrooms, Green Peppers, Jalapenos x3, 2 packs kidney beans, 1 of black beans, chick peas, water chestnuts, tons of cayenne pepper, Black pepper, chili powder, 5 Chopped tomatoes, Can of cream corn, More Garlic
*4 tbspn crunchy natty peanut butter*.
Cook the hell out of it and let simmer until desired thickness.

Nice tasty chicken lunch I made earlier, For dinner I ended up have 3 breasts on about 3 cups of spinach with cayenne pepper and garlic as the seasoning. Had 2 cups Greek yogurt mixed with 2 tbspn Natty PB and Protein powder afterwards, about to go hit the gym for 2nd session today. Did great squats this morning really felt the Dbol kicking in now. BP has come down and blood tests are showing pretty decent results. Spaced out the doses to control BP better, Last Thursday checked Blood Pressure and it came in at 138/77, normal baselines for me are around 115/60ish, Was taking morning doses too close together. Headaches gone and BP back to around 125/65, which I'll take on Dbol
Back Pumps chilled out after I upped my water intake even more.
Starting a new multivitamin from LIFE - Mens Multivitamin, the shop in our little town here was out of my old kind of workout vits. Get most of my minerals from my diet though, Found a deal at NoFrills to get these absolutely massive bags of spinach and these other bags of Chopped Peppers on sweet deal. Also found this beautiful bag of 15 chicken breasts for 23$ !!!!!! Eating like a King during this cycle.

Also met this hot chick at the gym that was peeking at me lifting shoulders/lats other night, took her out for 2 dates so far ;D!!!
2nd Pin went amazing too, back in the ventroglute area. Going to stick to those areas, no PIP. Going to try and get some 23 guages, the 25s are are like sucking a golf ball through a hose (X GF was probably really good at doing that)

Up to 193lbs ! Kept BP in an alright range for Dbol , took a peak today and am happy with it. Upped my calories again I want the last 2 weeks to go beautifully with the Dbol, I am excited to see how much of the strength will stay after week 4 ends and I am just running the 500mg test. Any suggestions if I should space the 500 out to 2 inj/week after I am off Dbol? Since it will be kicking in around then should I space her out in the week so my blood is more stable since Dbol won't be a factor? I am wondering if it will give me more stable strength throughout the week as well.
I am retaining a bit of water but not too much with N2. I just want to get lifts going even harder. My drive is rediculous right now and I am a walking boner already.
I am happy about the size I have put on. Shirts are not fitting upper body anymore so I am going to buy some plain T's later tonight. Haha just gorgeous dbols. I wish my first run in with the stuff was as good as this cycle.
Also - I have been mixing it up still with the Arnold Agonist/Antagonist and found my flat bench works well with bent over rows. I will rep 225 on bench and just slide around with short break and do some bent over rows with the 225. Does that seem to work? Gives an awesome pump too. Feels great.

Currently very moderated sodium intake, Dandelion root, N2 helps, TONs of garlic, reduced caffeine intake a lot, fish oils, vit D, I think the bulk of it though was chopping sodium mostly, reduced bloated too. I was already watching sodium before but cut it even more after the BP started ripping me a new one.

I really want that 200 mark, I havn't hit her since 2010 when I was doing wicked olympic lifting all the time and eating like a bear!!! PIP on my Vastus is absolutely ridiculous today, was having trouble driving the stick shift around pushing in the clutch hahaha.

Shoulders today was insanity, the pump on standing barbell press was wild. The burn was so intense I had to lay my arms on the bar and rest them between sets to get the insane burn away. I drank about 4L of water during the workout too I was going buck wild for like 2 hours just crushing everything and ended with calves before doing prison push ups to call it a well spent afternoon. I'm going to go do some legs tonight, as the wild PIP has disapeared entirely
Have 4 chicken breasts marinating with garlic, cayenne, black pepper, 2 tsp olive oil for later tonight with some spinach and Greek yogurt

Taking my first rest day. Still feeling amazing, just lastnight while I was deadlifting my left bottom ribcage got some weird pain or something and was having strange feeling their lastnight. It's alright today but I am going to have a nice relax/eat tons of chicken night. Repair mode. Tomorrow I'm going to go balls to the wall though after my Medical Lab Practicum. woohoo ! My grades have increased tremendously in all courses over last month on cycle, maybe the "feel good" sensation on dbolz hahah. 90%'s across the board.

I Will usually have 1-2 days a week when I really wanna go buck wild and Do heavy deads, Heavy Bench, Squats, Clean Jerks, etc. and have a big lift day. I usually will wake up and know what day it is going to be but I absolutely love doing it.

Hit 200 Pounds today
That means in total from start I have packed on about 20 pounds from Dbol , I may run it for 1 extra week as blood levels doing good, no adverse effects at all, and not holding much water either. BP down still and everything Any feedback on Dbol for an extra week for 5 in total? still running all my liver protecting supps.
The amount of water that popped off while still raising my weight blew my mind.
still a bit on stomach but not complaining at all

Woke up this morning 5 pounds lighter at 195 again :/ I sweat so much last night with girl in bed. Hahaha we were soaked in morning. Been chugging water all day and hard to keep food in keep gagging and stuff. Dehydrated as shit still, gonna go grab a powerade to get my electrolytes back in check right now.
Breakfast 4 eggs, bagel + PB, Shake,
2nd breakfast - Spinach, chicken breast,
3rd breakfast - shake and can of tuna, rice cake,
Lunch 2 chicken breasts done in olive oil, tomatoes and brown rice
Dinner is going to be a big ass steak, Sweet potatoes, Corn,
Pre-Bed snack - Chicken breast that is marinating in tomato sauce, olive oil, going to put advocado and crunched up Multigrain chips on top of it for a crunchy texture as I am craving crunchy right now.
Thought I would share my workout yesterday as I did a heavy full body day and it was awesome.
Heavy Squats x 5 sets
Heavy Bench Press x 5 sets - 185x10,205x8,225x5,245x3,275x1 then had some gas left so repped out 135 about 25-30 quick reps and spun around and did bent over rows until fail too. Felt great with the pump and stretch.
Bent Over Rows x 5 sets
DeadLifts x 5 sets
Shoulder Press x 5 sets
Shrugs x 5 sets
Calves
Abs

Yesterday was final day of Dbol for me, also separating my Test E 500 into 2 shots during week, Strength still going amazing in gym, already look as if water weight has started dropping off me. Sweating like crazy the last couple days and got my hunger through the roof now. This morning had 4 eggs, bagel with Greek Yogurt, then next meal had some oats and protein shake, went nuts in gym today and got side tracked with making a couple batches for my night shifts next couple days. Made another massive Beef chili tasting unreal!!!!
Also some chicken and Advocado for lunch
Had 2 big bowls and another protein shake

Well boys, this morning heading to work slipped on ice and ripped my quad. Crutches for the next 8-10 days, was in so much pain had to get 2 morphine and tramadol injection in hospital because I was yelling and screaming so much. Worst pain I have ever felt in my life by far. suppose to be bed ridden for 5 days but I'm gonna get my dumbbells by my bed and do some work in bed. worth a try.

Horrible fall haha, left leg went backwards and sideways and front leg went forwards. OUCH!!!
Back at her, the rest actually did me some good, went into the gym like a juggernaut today, water dropped off like crazy while I was rolling around in bed in pain sweating the first 2 days/nights, set up a big water jug beside my bed and kept it going and got her in check. Sitting at 200 right now so back up again though. Ate like a monster on days off.
so far in total my best weight on cycle was 205, currently 200, and started at 180. When I started this post was on week 2 at 186, I am very pleased. Dbol ended 1 week ago but strengths increased again adding more reps to working set that was the final dbol weeks weight.
Have more energy thoughout week entirely it seems with shots separated.

Back is just phenomenal right now !! Lost some water weight but the definition is getting awesome.
Today's back workout
Light deadlifts x5 quad was getting pretty shaky on final set and hurting a bit so I lowered weight more
Barbell rows - 205lbs x 8-10 reps x 3 sets
seated close grip row - 185 for 8-10 reps x 3 sets really squeezing back
Reverse flyes 145 machine - 12-15 reps, giving slow resistance on lowering
Bent over single rows - 80lb dumbbells, 8-10 x 3 sets with slow lowering
standing rope pulls to face (forget the name of this one right now) x 3 sets
finished with a nice slow bike, getting movement of quad back in motion.
Going to do some light leg work within the next couple days to see how she feels. Bit tight still but overall speedy recovery !!!

Started getting some back acne coming, but not too much. Also some zits on my face, havn't had zits on my face since I was 16. Hahah the last time I had zits was running M1T (which I will never run again) the sides from the M1T absolutely murdered me. The most anxious, zitty, flacid, mood swinging, depressed person ever when I ran that stuff. When I ran it the AI and PCT which I got my hands on were bunk and it ended up destroying me for like 3 months until I realized what was going on from my bloodwork and ran a proper pct. but all that is another story
Anyways, strength still where I left it on Dbol , only thing that has changed is my tendons are getting all fired up now half way through workouts. And my shoulders feel like they are on absolute fire no matter what I am working out even drinking an absolute ton of water.. going to get some glucosamine for my left shoulder joint pain (Broken collarbone injury a couple years back gives me some joint pain when I get my lifts up again).
- Other then these it is going extremely well, Quads feeling about 95% just some tightness there now, but using Range of motion exercises every night before bed too and in mornings to get her going. I mine as well keep the crutches for the day after leg workouts Haha
Today I am mixing up my workouts again to keep the body guessing, I went back to an old routine I would throw in every couple of weeks to spice it up. Chest/Bi .
Bench 5 sets
Incline Bench 3 sets, really squeezing on my upper chest
DB pullovers (stretch feels beautiful right now) 3 sets + DB curls supersets
Dips + straight bar curls
Incline DB flyes 3 sets + Incline DB Curls
Cable flyes
bent over single db curls
End with Push ups and 45 plate raise pushes squeezing chest at top, x3 sets

Update - Still going awesome, on last couple of weeks now, Strength increases almost every workout on this test!!!!!! Been super busy with work and gym after and havnt had time to update! Still kept my weight around 194-195 which is awesome having started at 180lbs! Miss the amazing euphoric feeling the Dbol gave me but the Test is going strong and I feel great anyways. Nips got a bit tingly last week and small puff so increased Adex to .5 EOD. That took care of that.
Tried mixing up all my programs again and having a blast in gym, kept going for 2 hours by accident tonight until it was closed. Ate 2 banana halfway through to avoid getting the nausea/pukey feeling I was getting at beginning.
I'll try and snap some updates tomorrow before work!

Have you considered running a higher daily does of Dbol ? Or have you considered running dbol the last 4 weeks of your cycle. I will give an example
Test 500mg per/wk for 12 weeks
Dbol 30mg per/day for week 1-4
Dbol 30mg per/day for week 10-14
I have taken dbol every cycle and found that I can maximize the effectiveness of my cycle by reintroducing dbol at the end of my cycles. Just a thought. Great work BTW.

Great progress op! Lookin a lot bigger and more defined that when you started off.
Do you have scoliosis by any chance? Your rhomboid development isn't quite symmetrical, mine does the same thing and I have a mild case of scoliosis there mid back. Just curious, they're still shredded!

Is interesting your point of view.
I've never used Dbol before, I use always Anadrol for 6 weeks with Test cyp @ 500 mgs /w.
I'll use your planification and I'll try with Dbol. Thank you !

This is not evo bro..No other site than evo gives a flying f*ck about N2guard...Running that is probably more expensive than your cycle...I'd drop it if i were you
