My uneducated brain would say your %20 rather than 12.
12% you’d see some lines for abs. In men to have a good looking 6 pack we need to be under 10% and woman can have it at basically double us.
That’s how I understand it anyway.
Abs is all I wanted back in the day!

I think I’m gonna add primo in next cycle too! It’s weird your the only one I’ve ever seen advise it lol.
Normally I see people say it’s all fake or an old steroid .
Primo looks like gold to me :/

I added these pictures next to each other as I had a bit of a hard time to see the difference. Looks like some fat gain in the midsection and in the pecs but most likely some muscle underneath as it would be hard toi run a cycle with zero gain.

I think that everyone responds very differently is a bit of a misnomer. One can fairly closley predict where most people will fall when running cycles based on both science and anedcodtal evidence. Then, as always, there is of course outliers but that appears to be fairly rare compared to the amount of users.

The bf is not lower in the second picture if anything it may be higher. Get the diet and trying dialed in and you’ll get much better results next time.

Well think about any medication in the world. What works for one person may not work for me or you or the next guy. It’s only logical to think steroids would be the same right?
Ya the basic effects might be the same but some guys can’t handle tren at all. Some guys get terrible anxiety on EQ. Some guys think primo is trash. Anyways you might be right that it’s relatively rare. I think it’s very hard to compare apple to apple when diet, training, and genetics are so different form one guy to another.

Lmao, I'll stop commenting after this since my thread is turning into a trash yard. The photo on the left is me with a tan, flexed and a better photo. the one on the right is me relaxed and pale as a wall. My shoulders are pulled back on the left one. Just a better picture. I should take similar one's for comparison's sake but I'm not using this thread to monitor progress, more to just update with what I am doing. It's amazing nobody can notice that.
I said that I made progress that I am happy with and is noticeable because I have. I went from 195 to 201 leaner and stronger than before. I take weekly weigh in, front, back and side photo's which I do not post because they are full body with my house in the background and I am on the internet. You guys are overly harsh critics which frankly has me not wanting to make another progress thread. Stop being so negative and looking for flaws and selectively comparing different images to say I gained fat or uneducated garbage like that. Reason why this is annoying to me is because I live in my own body, hired a coach recently and know where I have come.

Hey man I followed you from the start of this and I saw the progress. Like I told you man you did a great job. Don’t be discouraged from posting another progress thread cuz some guy can’t be encouraging. Be stronger than this BS.
I got all kinds of shit from a certain mod for starting a cycle at only 154lbs. But I know where I stand and I’m happy with that. You sound happy with your progress and that’s really all that matters.
Please don’t let this turn you off from this forum man. There’s plenty of good guys here. There’s very few that don’t know how to be positive!

Don’t be discouraged you made positive progress and you know it, that’s what counts. Something I would like to focus on no one has mentioned (other than you) is you made very noticeable/measurable strength increases. While you stated your goal was not necessarily strength increases (goal was aesthetics oriented iirc) these strength increases will definitely show up in your physique it just takes time. Keep trying to lift heavy even off cycle to give new muscle tissue the reason to stick around.
And to the guys here being negative I would like you to consider OP is
DL 2.5 times bodyweight for reps. That’s impressive to say the least. Keep lifting like this and eating and your body will have no choice but to grow.
OP this has been a great documentation of your run and look forward to your continued progress and updates.

I am not sure what just happened in this thread, but if this is an example of too harsh or harmful behavior we have, in my opinion, moved into a territory of not making useful comments. If all we do is applaud cycles, diets, and whatnot because someone feels happy about it, how will anyone ever be able to optimize and improve things? While I think Obs is correct in many of his posts of past behaviors being somewhat "parrot" like in just repeating the same advice over and over going in the other direction is, as I see it, not useful.
Secondly, have the board now gotten so sensitive that feedback that is not directly encouraging should be stopped and considered trolling we have a real problem on our hands. I do apologize to the OP for using his post as an example, but the comments made by Redz was his subjective opinion based on what he saw, nothing more, nothing less. There is no need to get into an argument about it as personal views are just that. One could easily say, thank you for your input and move on, but instead, we are now focusing on some negativity that is, apparently, rampant because not everyone is kumbaya about every post made.

Never asked for fake compliments or encouragement. However, posting up two completely different photo's taken out of context to try and convince me that I gained fat and made no gains is not productive and I assume you know what you are doing and being a troll. Basically your calling me a liar based on a couple photo's which I provided. Getting in a fight about body fat %'s using an online photo comparison which is the most biased one I could find on google images is also non productive. Instead of saying something constructive and or offering advice you and that other guy chose to just try and tear me down. Your being a hater with nothing of value to add - hence being a troll.

Tone and intent is hard to convey via a forum post. I feel like if it was a conversation in real life the perception would be completely different here.
Like I said earlier - If you are happy with your results I'd highly recommending investing in Primobolan next cycle. I think you would enjoy the compound.
Something like 300mg Test 600mg Primo or 200mg Test + 800mg Primo. Could even do
TRT
400mg Masteron

I stand by my assessment and I repeat you gained 6lbs and possibly kept bf the same or a little higher. I never said no gains. You are clearly insecure and I’m only trying to help. Others chimed in about bf% too but you want to believe what you want to believe.
