POSTING PICTURES 101: Step-by-step method
Here's what you do:
1. From the main board, click on "members pictures" forum (or on whichever forum you plan to enter)
2. Click on "new thread" button near the top of the page.
3. Type your title and message in the spaces provided.
4. Scroll down and click on the "manage attachments" button
5. In the new screen that pops up, click the button "browse" This will bring you to files on your computer.
6. Pick one picture from your computer by either:
-----A. Highlight the picture file then click the "open" button. OR
-----B. Double click on the picture file you choose.
Either doing A or B will bring you back to the pop up window with the name and location of the file written in the space next to the "browse" button
7. Click the "upload" button (it's important to click this button after EACH picture you choose)
8. Repeat steps 1-7 for as many pictures as necessary.
9. Click on "close this window"
10. Go back to the window where you wrote your title and message and scroll down. Click on "Submit new message"
Voila! You've completed your picture post.

will this picture stay with me every time i write a reply ? this sounds like what you would do if you were just trying to show a picture 1 time . I wan't to add the picture in with my name whenever I am writing a reply, like your football helmet!

Sheet I know this thread's old. How is it some members post a pic in thumbnails version and others post a full size pic that you don't have to click on it ? I'd like to know how to do that!

My guess would be that using the method described at the top of this thread results in thumbnail pics but using html to imbed the image you can make them any size tht you want. The code would be <img src="url of the image" height="height to display image" width="width to display image"> That should work asuming html can be imput in posts which it may not. The fact that I could type the code and it displayed rather than hiding it and trying to imbed what is within the quoation marks leads me to believe that it may not be accepted. Its worth a shot though. Otherwise maybe if you choose the option to link to the pic by url rather than upload it to this site, prehaps that is how it is done.
