that's awesome FI. How tall is he and what kind of diet and cardio did he follow to do that? Lucky bastard doesn't even look like he has any stretch marks:lift:

B/F%: We don't know but he is almost happy with it :)
As for diet, now he is at Mc Donalds with me all the time, but i make him work too hard to let it turn into fat! But when he was dropping all the weight he just cut out a lot of foods from his diet.

hey I see a little scar on his right side..did he have surgery? Lipo? Tummy Tuck? Just wondering cause I dropped from 300 to 175 in less than 4 months about 5 years ago...but I had tons of loose skin and shit and needed surgery.
