Funny how his original post said "I bench 250, and I don't do squats" and then above he says he dedicates legs on wednesday...So tell me Jonny Highschool, what lifts do you do to work your legs that aren't squats? Another nautilus machine with daddy spotting? I find it funny you aren't banned by now, but when you get on the computer tomorrow at the high school library I'm sure you will find yourself banned. To get on here at 15 years old and tell the people who work 5 times as hard as you that they're taking the easy way out is insane. If it wasn't for these guys I probably wouldn't even know what a PCT is, so my advice to you is, put the 6 month old victoria secret catalog away, buy a new scale, quit hacking the spud, and come back in 3 year when your balls have dropped.
