Hey guys, I'm 15 and have been lifting for about a year. I'm getting more into powerlifting lately. My bench max is 250, I don't squat... Tell me what you think.

I actually do... I started taking Creatine and HMB and my maxes went up by 10-15 pounds. It was pretty amazing
I don't either...I've been playing football my whole life and never seen a 15 year old bench 250. If you do, congrats, but I just have a hard time believing it.Quote:

what are your stats
very good job...we'll talk about it in 3 years.:wg:
Ha.. I didn't know there was an age limit.. Soo.. I'm 18 guys ;-)
What stat's are we talking here?
Now it's 245, and you said it went up "10-15lbs" after createne...so you were benching 235 all natty at age 14? I think not... Oh yea, you have to be 18 to use this site, I think it your bed time.Quote:

I'm 6'1, 197 Body fat during wrestling was around 11-12.
15, or 6 you're not allowed on here. Period. BTW you can post videos...But it won't matter because you won't be here much longer.Quote:

Looking good for 15. Did you have a spotter upright row your bench? Had to say it, so many do it, especially in highschool gyms.

Take a look at my new pics. Just took em
agreed. the kid is probably not gonna be around here long so dont break his nuts. for 15 you do look good and no matter what your max is, its really not important. definitly stay natural until you're older and your body matures. then do some sound research so you can make smart decisions for yourself. good luck.Quote:

To be honest I know a TON of kids who matured fast, and stopped growing early. They shot up like weeds in height+ weight , but later on they just stopped cold. Stayed the same size they were when they were 16 and now there 20. Not saying its gonna happen to you, just sharing my(observed) experience.
Again, good build at 15 keep it up!
hes not 197..but you do have a good base to grow from and i dont buy the 245 either..but thats neither here nor there but keep eating and lifting youll grow suckaaa and dont take pictures of you holding out the scale it just makes you look like a tool  no offense of course
good build for fifteen for sure. as fo rthe 250max and your weight i will have to do this,:bsflag:
sorry bro but from the pics i dont see it possible plus your tall so your range of movement is greater than most.
Does that scale say 204?!
Sorry kid, there's no way you're 204
Maybe we'll see you in a few years
Why are you looking at steroid forums at 15 anyways?
204, maybe wearing a full set of hockey equipment.

Whats so hard to believe? 200 isn't big at all especially while having baby fat.:wg:
Hell I weighed 210 at 15 LOL
who are you tellin to shove it little boy?! i hope you arent talkin to any of us..maybe that works in the snack line at school but not here now obviously id never see you so why bother talkin sh!t over the internet right?..ehh ill jump out and just say id beat the fvck out of you and im about 15 pounds lighter and a few inches shorter and id slap you with that miscalibrated scale that you use and smash the machine that you use to max 245..try free weights ill bet you get 165 and you might end up droppin that on your chest
youll be gone soon anyways tough guy

Sorry man, I don't buy 200lbs. You look 160-170. I have friends much bigger than you that are 180(same height too) I also dont buy benching 245. Stay natural though
