Let me give u my story, i been over weight my whole life, till one day I stepped on the scale and it SHOWED ME I WEIGHT 320 lbs. so from that day on, I decide I didnt have to be like this forever and I thought I could change my apperance i been so called lifting for about 3 years no one ever taught me how to lift so i would only do the bench press and that was it, i would eat a heavy meal before and after thinking it was going to be pure muscle after lifting any way. I drank no water and would drink alot of sodas for 3 sloppy years tell 1 year ago i came to this site and figured out i didnt know shit about dieting and especially pumping iron so i started lifting heavy, doing cardio for 1 hour 6 days a week but still doing a little tweaking on the diet part i some how managed too shed 78 pounds and plan on shedding another 40, some supplements i took was an eca stack about 3 weeks ago, multivitamin 100 percent whey myogenx and just order some amp o2. ive tried clen and not a big fan of it I have a bottle of t3 but still haven't use it yet because iv'e read u have to be on a cycle to use that, im trying too go for a lean body, I dont know if i should put on mass at this point? or concentrate on cutting till a get a solid body.? which would burn the most fat? so bros try to point me in the right direction i appreciate it.![]()
