    Latest pics of the dedic8ed1

I'm flat as hell only carbs are pwo.

The first pic is from January I think I have to look into when I took it,the other 2 are from today. The only carbs I'm currently eatin are pwo that'e why I'm flat.I'm having a hard time getting my pics out of my E-mail so I'll have more pics up as soon as I get a brain.

Remember These gains are all naturel, hard work and consistancy with diet/Until next month.

Yep,that's why I'm scared of carbs but I think that's really what I need.I'm just in a place where I keep trying too many things.

Would I maximize fat loss if I burned off all calories I take in while on cycle?

Isn't that what bbr's do in the final stages of there contest prep?

    1-14 Test Enth 500 x2-Front load 500mg x2 first week
1-14 Equipoise 250 x1 -I know it's a low dose so I have to spring for some more.
I also have some var just havn't made a decision on when to take it yet in the first couple weeks or the last.

    PCT Armidex-Clomid

if i was you i would do a HIT style cardio program 3x a week on cycle and leave it at that.

Since test will increase your fat burning abilities you shouldnt have to diet hard to see more fat loss. You're already lean as it is, i would keep a nice stable clean bulking diet with HIT cardio and you should have some nice hard gains with a drop in BF%

Good suggestion bud I forgot all about HIT.What do you think about 40 yard sprints with 30 second intervals x10 4x a week still doing my morning cardio on empty stomach.

Thanks man.Tomorrow I'm gonna carb up, which will be the first time in 3 weeks I've had any carbs other then my waximayze PWO.In the morning after cardio I'll have a half cup of oats with my egg whites, second meal medium sweet potatoe 8 oz boneless breast, pre workout half cup of oats with 25g whey.which is roughly 75g carbs that will no doubt fill me out and probably have the best work out in weeks"Chest".I'll get pics afterward and compare to today.I love carb cyclying for this exact reason.

    Great progress man!!

I agree with amorphic about loving test and npp!!

Aslong as ya diet and training are spot on, test and npp will give u solid gains without
    the typical nandrolone water bloat.

Like ya tatts as well fella!
And the Ricky hatton style hat! (not sure if u know what i mean by that!)

I was always pretty out of shape growing up and was as heavy as 210lbs and pretty sloppy my senior year in high school. Then I started hitting the weights and when I was 20 I started using gear, did a couple cycles and got side tracked by my youthful excuburance, you know beer girls etc, etc. Then I destroyed my life with vice and distributing, but that's a story for another time. When I came back to reality I realised that Bodybuilding was something I really loved and missed so I dove back in head first and never looked back. This summer I'm going to bring my physique to it's full potential, this you will see!!

You know what's funny I stopped training legs all together to keep the wheels fresh for all the cardio it took to get so lean. But once I get on cycle I'll drop the cardio a tad and pound the wheels into treads. Thanks for the compliments.
