Like a previous poster suggested, up your cals and throw some thick on.. Higher weight less reps and thick out a lil, youll look really good.
Hopefully you can hit 185 before starting.

well im going to put my size on soon, as soon as im about 10% im going to go on a super lean Bulk and still do cardio 2-3 times a week to maintain my leaness. my plan is to put on 1.5-2lbs of muscle each month and in the end say i put on 15-20lbs of muscle on in about a year which is my optimal goal, i will in turn weigh even more because muscle retains more water and glycogen, so my goal is to be a little monster at 5'9 195-210lbs at 9-12% body fat im very confident i can obtain that naturally in 18months or less once i reach my goal of 10% bf and at 170-175lbs i can still max bench 285-300lbs depending on the day.

With all due respect (since you are a ninja) you must be smolin crack - i was 13.7 a few months ago and NOWHERE as lean as this dude. i think he's real close to 10% now. But that's just my opinion! LOL
