4 months progression with Pics
My progress would have been faster but I halt myself with poor diet choices and partying time to time but hey im 20. My progression could have been faster but now I know more than before so I will continue to learn and grow.
Here's pics First pic is June 10th second is Sept 10th and Last is today Oct 8th
plz give me a guess of my current body fat when I started cutting I was about 195ish first pic im about 190 and currently im about 175-180 depending on water and what not well lemme know what you think.
My goal is 12% BF by OCT 31st so I can be HULK for halloween
Also i through in 2 back Pics 1 month apart Sep10th and today Oct8th because i luv doing back

Thats a good progression bro..
IMO, youre not ready for a cycle yet.
You seem to still have PLENTY of room to grow.
Id say you are around 13% right now. Youre close to your goals.

Yes, that is good progress. From the first pic. I'm not a judge of bodyfat just yet, but it looks good.

You are now 12% BF at 10% all your abs will be nicely visible.

looking good bro but if i were you i would throw a lean bulker in there. test and deca with a clean diet can do wonders if you can keep your estrogen and water down. good job bro and you should be proud

Great progress there bro, I'd say 14%.
Hit the gym hard bro, and start increasing ur cals slowley to make the gains. Eat often and keep ur meals around 4-500 cals each and do 8 meals. You'll grow like a weed.
