great work. I would say your body fat is closer to 14%, but great progress. I notice two things, your chest does not seem to respond as well as other bodyparts, especially in the upper and middle areas. It also appears as if you may have one leg longer then the other, noticable in the height of your hips and some obvious other symmetry issues, maybe a visit to a chiropractor in your area could help you in that area. I know you will keep making gains and press even harder in as you get closer to your personal fitness goals.
It's been a while since I have posted here but I am back at my training and it's 100% right now. Thanks to everyone for all the nice words... I will be posting some pictures from time to time as well as logging some workouts / meals etc.. Currently I am probably hitting the gym TOO much but I can't help it, I'm having way too much fun.
I am doing Morning cardio on an empty stomach for 45-60 minutes then I am weight training in the afternoons for 1 1/2 - 2 hours.
Oh and YES I am replying and adding to an old thread because it is my thread and I would rather add to this than create a new one. I know some members will have issues with this but that sucks for you now doesn't it?
Basically I'm going to go at this 110% until I'm shredded so if you care to follow along and see more progress pics as the weeks go by feel free. Also constructive criticism is appreciated. Thanks! Oh and these pictures are the most recent of me. I started back at it Oct. 20th this year after taking like 5 months off.... some of which was due to me being in jail.

Thanks for all the kind words on my progress and my home theatre setup.... I thought I was going to update a bit more than I have been with my progress but I have been flakey with it. Right now I am 200 lbs. and I don't know what bf % it's still at least 8% more than I want it to be... Got a lot of work ahead of me but this is where I stand right now.

Thanks fellas!! Yeah if I can get people motivated with my transformation to get achieving their own that would be awesome and I would feel great! Hopefully everyone knows you CAN do whatever you want. I will keep posting some pictures as the bf% drops or just as I look noticeably different/better
