25% bf to 10.5% bf... life is great when you're happy about your hard work.. :]
Well I wanted to post some pictures of what I looked like and what I look like now... I guess I just need some people to share these with since I don't have many others I can share these with and feel ok about it. Other people aren't as interested as I am and most people here are... I'd appreciate anyone pointing out what I should focus on more.. I don't have all sorts of angles but you get the point... I guess I need to get a camera that will take shots on a timer or have someone take pictures for me but that hasn't happened yet.
The first pic is oct. 2007 and the last few pics are august 2009. The other pics are in between basically... anyway thanks for looking and sharing with me any feedback and criticism you may have. :]

Great work! I think you still may be a bit more than 10.5% but still a very good physique overhaul.

Thanks man! Yeah I thought i was higher than 10.5% as well.... basically it was measured with plastic calipers priort to a workout... about 2 1/2 months ago it was measured with the same calipers and it said i was 16%... so it shows a 'trend' that is accurate but I think the actual bf% isn't spot on... =/ what would you guess i'm at? I'm thinking more like 12%ish? anyway I'm happy with my progress as well and appreciate the response! Thanks

Thanks a lot! :]
Thanks for the words! I hope you stick with what you're doing and keep doing things to make it workout better for you, there's always room for improvement thats for sure.
Regarding the cardio.... to be honest I didn't do ANY cardio at all... I would get in the phase of doing some cardio but that would only last about a week... now i do cardio 1-3 times a week for 20-40 minutes depending. All of my weight loss came from the diet change and weight training... I also used clenbuterol a few different times as well....
Appreciate your words and time to reply! :]
Thank you! yeah I love to be able to share this stuff with people that actually understand the journey it really is whether on cycle or not it's still a journey... :]

You're around 12.5% IMO... but nonetheless, excellent work. Quite the transformation bro.
Thanks for sharing it with us.

-

Thanks again everyone! appreciate the kind words.. :]
Yeah that's probably about right.... seems so to me as well.. I'd say no more than 13.5% and no less than 12%... Hopefully by sept at some point I'll be able to be in the single digits... but we'll see.
Thanks! I started at 225lbs and the bf% I don't know but I just guessed it was around 25% since i was 19% in the second photo... I now weight about 205 lbs.
