Progress Report..
OK this is my 3 month progress from the beginning of the year.
No gym time just working out at home. Ultimate pullup and Perferct pushup.
30 Days
60 days
90 days
Hoping for results a ton better than this on my cycle. Believe it or not I really didn't gain any weight. Stayed at about 175 #'s the whole time.

Wow no gym??? Looks good. If you have that much dedication at home you should look into a gym membership, really get your self ripped.

hit a gym mate you'll get even better results on top of it..
can't go wrong with staying the same weight and dropping BF you must be doing something right!! congrats

No I have a membership now and am running my cycle and going to the gym.

Well here is an updated pic close to the end of my cycle. It is kinda crappy because I had to take it with my phone.
Constructive criticisim accepted..
I am 39 5'10" and 186#'s started at 171 #'s in August..
