    relax and rear double bicept

    pic is taken before i worked out. ive been doing this diet dedic8ed have wrote fore me. ive just been eating more lean and i stop taking creatine and protein shakes. i havent weigh myself, but most likely a couple pounds down from my previous pics. critique please. oh i have 4more weeks of this diet. thanks

    thanks bro. i followed the diet to the tee a lil cheat meals here and there lol, but now im going to try a bulk diet. also i want to try a ph before i try a aas cycle. any suggestions anyone. i follow instructions very well so any help will not be in vein. thanks again

    you have great genetics and good idea on diet....im sure youl get great gains in your bulking diet...and youl be a beast when you do your first cycle....i cant comment on PH...never used them...

    havent did legs in about 3weeks do to my knee being very tender but i will post some leg pics with in this week.

    I want to be you lol. God blessed you with some special genetics for sure. Why are you no longer drinking protein man? I can see why you would drop creatine to get rid of h20 bloat but no protien. LOOKING fvcking awesome anyway and by far some of the best genetics I have seen

    i was told by dedic8ed to drop the protein and creatine. now im lookinking 4 some advice on a bulk diet for like 12weeks. then after that im going to try my 1st cycle. any advice all is welcome

    chest basically 4sets incline bar 4sets indumbells 4sets flat bar 4sets cable cross overs. back 6sets pull ups 4 sets bent over rows 4 sets dumbel rows 4 sets cable rows.

    pic is about 2months old. honestly i dont emphasize legs. i know i should but im getting back to them as we speak. also no pump on the legs either in this pic
