Hello everyone! I'm new and getting old. I have been in MMA off and on for 3 1/2 years. My wife got preggers and I slacked off a lot for the last 1 1/2 years. Fact is that I've been lazy and probably drank way to much liquor. Hope I didn't hurt my liver.
Anyway I've put on a lot of body fat and I'm ready to start training hard again. I would like to get my BMI down and do my first test cycle. I feel like I need an edge to compete with the younger men I train with! I've looked up a cutting diet here and found one that is pretty much the same that I use to eat before I got lazy. Here are my stats 6'1" 195 #s 37 years old. If you guy's can give me a rough estimate of my BMI and any tips, pointers, or advice, (especially about my first cycle and MMA) it would be much appreaciated! Thanks
