Abs start to peak through at around 15% on most people, and the OP is showing a bit. At 20% you wouldn't see anything. I'm sticking with 16% - 17%.Quote:

Milk is my weakness. I LOVE me some milk. I have been making progress though, I used to mix my protein with 100% milk, now I have cut it down to 50% milk 50% water.
