Yea mate... Got a number on my YouTube channel (http://www.youtube.com/CoreySpringer) and on FaceBook.
Here's one that's still processing:
^^This is from this Saturday. It's a neural loading session: 235 lb overhead press, 185 lb hang snatch, 185 lb explosive behind-the-neck press.
Editing a couple more before my next client today, so a few more may get added to this thread... thanks.
Hoping to shoot at least one next week as well...for an article I'm writing.

This is great stuff, love the shoulder routine, impressive lifts! I'm afraid to do any standing shoulder work as I don't yet have the coordination and feel too much compression on my lower back.

Good to see ya making ya comeback from ya injuries, hope all goes well.

Thanks brother.
You'll only develop coordination from repeated execution. The skillset can't be acquired any other way.
re: compression, keep the load light... and/or use combo lifts (as these require a lighter load period).
The clean and press is a sweet lift for this purpose.
Easy to learn... great overall move
