I was pretty happy with that guess...all in all I guess it really doesn't matter. It has been so long since I have actually had it checked I had no idea. Last time I did it I was wrestling in highschool at 138 lbs and I was 5%. Sorry for the random rage jpk...
To be honest I think JPK's guess may have even been on the kind side. I would say 20% minimum.

I'm going to have to agree with these guys though at 20%. Just because it's not congregated in your gut doesn't mean your overall BF isn't higher than you hoped/thought.
What's your waist size? Looks like with some diet and stepping up the cardio, you could get that BF down pretty quickly.
not to mention it looks like your trying to flex or something so your tightening up alittle. id say 22% i know it sucks to hear it. been there

Yeah I was hovering around 192-193 for awhile but have lost some weight. I wear about a 34 pant. I do have some love handle fat but i carry no excess fat in my legs at all.
you have made progress, well done, I bet we can transform you in record time if you post up your current diet and training plan and then stick to the advice.

To be honest I haven't been too concered with losing a lot of weight so thats probably why I haven't been dropping too fast. My diet is clean though and mainly consists of eggs and grits for breakfast, post workout shake, chicken breasts with either whole grain rice or a sweet potato, another shake, either more eggs and gritts or some kind of lean steak (sometimes I cheat and have ground beef), then for dinner I either have chicken breast or salmon with whole grain rice. My snack consists of a couple of Tbsps of all natural peanut butter. I am currently lifting pretty heavy 4 times a week with a workout that consists of legs,chest and arms, off, off, back and calves, shoulders and tris, off. I do cardio 3 times a week on workout days but I only just walk on the treadmill for 30 mins.
As long as your ground beef is extra lean 96/4, then your not cheating :)
