Monday July 14th (AM Cardio)
Wutup, today is a new day...I have gotten some tips and pointers over the weekend and last week and revamped the program. I've put in the new stuff and I start fresh today. Since last thursday I pretty much took it easy..I didn't follow the program like I normally would have..I found myself following it because its second nature..I did have some other types of food though and basically rested for the new start today. I did 45 mins of cardio this morning and will stay at 45 mins on workout days and prolly do 60 mins on non-workout days. I'm staying right at 60% as well..let's see what happens!
