I've been lifting for 7 years now and hit my natural plateau. After 7 years of all natural lifting I think I have a good base for a mass cycle. I'm a complete newbie so any help would be great. After reading thru the site I still don't know which novice cycle is for me or where to get it. As I've read from the site it looks like 250mg to 500mg of test is good for a newbie but I'd like to chat with someone experienced before starting a cycle and planning a PCT.
