Newbie from Maryland
I've been lifting for 7 years now and hit my natural plateau. After 7 years of all natural lifting I think I have a good base for a mass cycle. I'm a complete newbie so any help would be great. After reading thru the site I still don't know which novice cycle is for me or where to get it. As I've read from the site it looks like 250mg to 500mg of test is good for a newbie but I'd like to chat with someone experienced before starting a cycle and planning a PCT.

welcome...go on the q and a part and read up so you can learn...then when you have a basic understanding of aas everyone here can help you out, and you will be able to better understand our advice...

You are already big w/ low bodyfat and cut's. Do you plan to compete?

Thanks man I do plan to compete but I need to pack on a lot more mass. I am naturally crazy lean. The pics are from my bulk - tons of cals and no cardio at all. When I do cut and do cardio I get crazy cut. Veins in my legs show and veins on my abs. I can't maintain the lean bulk and its killing my competition hopes. A lot of my muscle mass goes with my cuts even though I do long gradual cuts.
