I don't know about worrying about body fat percentage is worth it yet. I noticed you had been asking. Look at some other members on this page asking for BF guesses, and you will see some pretty good guesses, usually go with the people guessing the higher number. I don't want to discourage you as you have made some great progress. But I would just keep going until you start seeing abs then you can worry about your bf percentage. Look for abs, and serratus to start showing up etc. Remember it's a long journey, it doesn't end either but can be altered so you can keep up with it and always be healthy.

Yea man I'm working extra hard my coach had me doing an hour of cardio daily. I'm burning 1100 cals on the stair master doing 5.5k on the stairs.
