Got back into it 100%
Due to the loss of my younger brother last year at this time, I went into depression and started to eat away.
Lost my energy to train or to enjoy anything in life.
I'm finally Out of that state of mind, and back in the gym.
I don't have a set goal or date to get big, I'm making this my only hobby and lifestyle.
I was doing keto since the jan 31st and put to much stress on my Gullbladder, almost had it removed but they treated it with anti-bios and found out I had no gull stones. So the surgery wasn't necessary.
I just started carb cycling. It's a diet where it has high carb days and low/moderate carb days.
Macs:
High carb days- 495g carb/412.5 protein/ 15g fat
Low carb days- 82.5 carb/495g protein/49.5 fat
My supplements are:
Fish oil omega 3 (3 pills 3x/day @1300mg )
Hydroxycut (regular fat burner) 6 tabs 3x/day
COq10 400mg/day (2-200mg pills/day )
Mens performance Multi-vitamin 2 pills 3x/day
Glucosamine 2 pills 2x/day
Complex b (injection Eod)
Cycle:
Test enanthate 250
500mg/wk (wk1-7)
750mg/wk (wk 8-current)
Deca
375mg/wk started 2weeks ago
Here are my pics critique, talk, advice

hey bro, congrats, its a sad thing what happens in our lives on why people let go and get sloppy. tbh my reason was over my girl, and we r fighting now (again) n its taking its toll on my diet which effects my work in the gym. stay strong. stay consistent and the rest of that weight will melt off. when i was consistent on my diet between days 90-120 i lost 45-50 lbs, been at a cpl pounds here n there since january. talking and doing is 2 different things. so make sure you do it, instead of just talking bus thas how ull measure ur results. **** the self destructive behavior.

What is you split of high and low carb days? Any medium carb days?
That's a she'd load of protein you are eating, too much IMO. On a carb cycle your pro should remain the same on high and, medium and low days.NO SOURCES GIVEN

Life is hard bro and some shit just sucks and throws you way off balance. Just gets in your head and stays, you are doing good though. Family sure helps through shit like this. . .
Keep your head up. . !
How big are your arms anyway? Straight up huge, man. . . Fat is fat, stay at it and shed it like a bad winter coat. Work your legs too, great way to burn fat and you need it at your size.

That's cool. Busy schedule. The only thing i'd do differently is maybe combine shoulders and arms to allow for a full days rest. Other than that keep up the good work!
