8month Body Transformation start at 218lbs currently @ 226lbs
whats up guys just thought i would share my transformation with you all.
i started off 218lbs sloppy outta shape got on a diet tried to lean down a bit got down to 197lbs natural diet, cardio, and busting my ass in the gym. Relized one day i was to small and decided to go thru a cycle switched the diet up a bit to bulk as clean as i could stopped the cardio still busting my ass in the gym on my 2nd cycle 3rd week. Enjoy guys its been a rough road before hand i was in a bad car accident and was told by doctors i wouldnt be able to get in shape to becarful with my neck since im a welder no welding hood is to be worn blah blah sorry for the run on sentence....Last edited by Frazierboi; 06-02-2012 at 11:08 AM.

its obvious the before photo but the one with white shorts on and head phones is the second photo on a diet around 200lbs the rest of the photos are anywhere from 220lbs-226lbs ill update the photos when i start seeing new results on the new gear

test E 500-750 mgs aweek and Deca 300-450mgs aweek low dose of deca to try to keep the bloating down
im currently on test E 750mgs aweek and eq 600mgs aweek ive found it very hard to stick to a di9et on this
i had my BF tested around the ti me of some of those photos the machine said 13% i could care less about that right now i wanna shoot for 10%

Thanx guys I don't know how the rest of this cycle is gonna turn out like I stated I stay eating LOL I'm already up to 228lbs also I was going to add Winstrol the last 5weeks but I don't know if I will if I can't clean up my diet I don't wanna waste that. It's mostly at night time and I end up eating a bowl cereal or 2

If your asking if work abs the answer is no I just try to work them when I'm squating, dumb bell press, lunges, stuff like that .....
Ive completed the test and Eq cycle got up to 233lbs prolly around the same % bf a little more defined at one point I got pretty big all in all I think the eq was a waste the next cycle I'm plaining will be a lot better but I must say I enjoy being 230lbs there isn't a day that goes by where atleast someone talks to me about how big I am (strangers) even tho I really don't see it myself I will try to up load new photos soon thanx for all yalls support and comments I wish you all the best of luck

its very hard to keep a diet when on EQ, i wanted to eat the fridge. What type of welding do u do? im a welder also.
