couple more pics taken tonight
Added a new pose as well lol, what do u guys think my body fat is sitting at right now, added tren into the mix of things a few weeks ago as well, started low as I always do the first week at 50mg eod, last week bumped it up to 150mg eod along side my low dose test at 200mg/week

Just running my test low at 200mg/week with higher tren , feel it suits me better i guess
I find it helps keep the water down this way as well with lower test, higher tren, no water retention, I guess better dry look as well, next to no sides other then sweating oike a pig in the gym, or on my high carb day I feel I sweat a lot more sucking down all the food lolLast edited by Matt007; 05-20-2014 at 07:28 PM.

No idea on bf, maybe show legs and back. Even with that said, who cares? maybe just go off of what you want it to be based on looks, personally I would keep cutting and assume that is your plan. Looking more depleted now.

You have barely any muscle mass at all matt. No offence mate.
Not sure how many times people have told you to end your ridiculous cycle of tren all year round. You need to come off AAS and try and gain some muscle mass naturally.

Ive just read a couple of your previous threads and ive got to say your doing it all wrong and its obvious by the result your getting. I know you wont listen but your going to have some health problems for zero gains/results. You want to be big, lean and muscular well eat, train and cycle like you do.

My goal is to get to 10 to 8% bf with a solid bf % then build off that never getting past 13 to 14% bf

Don't forget to eat your spinach and up your dose of tren , if I were you I would drop test completely and just do supersets of pushups/situps 3x per week. Phil Heath better watch out because Matt007 is on the yellowbrick road to Olympian immortality.

Matt, that was my point when I asked you why so much tren . You simply don't need that much at this point in your career. You need more time training, eating and the occasional moderate cycle. Not to mention patience.

BF probably around 12. You'll get some killer sides with that much tren . 100mg eod Is killer enough. You running caber or prami? What you using for your lipid profile?

Nah, really man - 150mg eod is doable, but it won't do shit better that 100mg eod
I try everything on myself, why listen to people when I **** myself up in the process.
Last summer I started tren at 70mg eod, went to 100, then 125. Just said fvck it & started running it with mast @ 100mg Qd.
I lasted almost a month at this dose. By the end of week 3 I thought I was going insane & wanted to crawl out of my own skin.
That being said, more does not do jack shit positive. Did I get huge? Fvck no, did I lean out to the extreme? Fvck no, did I get strong as hell, fvck no - I lost strength after I jumped onto 100mg Qd. I figure from loss of sleep
Who ever the fvck reads this: take it easy and give it time. Have patience
I'm up about 5 pounds of LBM this year & I will be only running slightly more than half of the nonsense I decided to hit last year.
