    One years transformation

    I dont "live the lifestyle" as they say, but i work hard and usually eat right.

    This is one years worth of progress. Body weight is pretty much the same in both pictures. Im guessing around 13%?

    Wheels carry the same size and definition. Dont have a pic on my phone but ill get one soon. Legs definitely arent my strong point.

    Lol, i dont get out in the sun shirtless much.

    Definitely no synthol, i guess its the way i have my shoulder rotated? Im not very good at posing lol

    Great work - I'm thinking 12 ish, even into the 11's. I'm 12.8% using underwater weighing, you're far leaner than I am all around.
