Nothing magical. Squats, hacksquats, legpress. 10 - 20 reps.

Read you but im afraid the receptors will get pretty fried if you dont take breaks. Im off 1 august. New cycle 1. November if bloods ok. Studying bridging with non- AR-drugs. Already ordered 8 weeks with sr9009 and mk677. Superlaxo is tempting for a little extra power and ipam....My boy Piana says its psycologigal too. If you think you gonna loose it all for sure its what happens. But, if you say and believe im gonna up the carbs and keep my strength that could be a fact too. Have yet to see that one coming though..
I think its very important to get your cholestrol and BP back in line before you go and as long as you never will be a top 10 pro making money i dont wanna live year after year with a one digit HDLcholestrol value.

Oh sure, I am more against the standard 12 week and repeat that we do. I personally like 20 -30 weeks cycles. That's half a year ish. Can take advantage of monster gains and not have to keep crashing the fuck out or your natty test over and over an over. If you do it right, you shouldn't have to worry about losing much gains, and you can go a awhile without having to jump back on. Say another 6 months. You should be recovered with in a month or two and can have all that time to recoup.

Nope, cholesterol is not an indicator of heart disease, Inflammation is. Chronically imflammed people will have high cholesterol because guess what. Inflammation cause tissue damage, the cell membrane is cholesterol containing and it unleashes it everywhere in the body.
We have known this in the science literature for literally 40 years but somehow it's been misrepresented, mismanaged and been purely exploited for drug therapy.
But you also have to understand when I talk about cycling. I HATE the idea of using multiple compounds especially 2-3 or more injectables at a time. I feel more comfortable with orals combined with injectables because of the half life differences. But not running test and Deca and primo, and tren and so on. Im not so worried about high cholestrol. Im looking into HDL-cholestrol. And low values. A big gap beetween ldl and hdl tells sticky fat, climbing to your arteriewalls, are going from the liver to your veins. Not from your veins to your liver to be destroyed.
That causes clot and heartattach when clotting in heart. And thats is 80% of their damned bb deathlists causes. Heartattach. Happened to Mike Matarazzo. Wasnt it two of his chambers 100 stuffed, one 90% stuffed. I guess he didnt pay attention to hdlcholestrol, closing the arteries.

Cycling on and off is fine as long as HCG is used through out and after. This way you are not crashing HPTA. My training partner has been doing it for 10 years, 5'9" 275-280, natural test 600 off everything, sex drive great. He has always ran hcg during and for 2-3 months after, slowly dropping. I stayed on for a long time and all that happened was my dosages went up and my gains went down. Now I drop my trt to 180mgs for 3 months then raise it to 300-400 with a bit of GH and I get great results. Yes its fun to cycle continuously, but it becomes counter productive band takes its toll on your body. Your body definitely needs its fair share of down time imo.
