What's up AR?
Been awhile since posting anything so I thought i'd say hello. Not sure if anyone remembers me but anyhow... Completely fell off for about a year and some change, jumped back on to a hard core lean bulk(1 cheat meal every couple weeks). Maybe put on 10lbs over 6 months time. Just Diet, protein and a multiv at the moment but thinking hard about running a test/var cycle in the near future. If so i'll start a log and update as I go! Cheers!!

Thanks for the motivation and you know I have to throw up my pic from when I first found this board and learned what diet and real workouts were. Love when people say "You lose it so quick!" I always reply with you gain it just as fast. 90 days of true dedication can completely transform your body and several years of it can turn you into a beast like Marcus
I'm planning to take it to the next level this time around and hope to show all ive learned from this board over the years.

Thanks, i've ran 2 test/dbol cycles in the past. Just diet this time around but plan to ramp it up once I hit a wall.

I'm going to stick to my realistic side LOL. Incredible, well done!
Here's a look from after my last cycle. Since then, I've been on the fitness rollercoaster. I'm close to getting back here naturally and once I hit a hard wall I'm going to take myself to new waters.

Another month in the book. Here's a look at how i'm progressing without running anything.. As always i'm open to advice or opinions. I really wanted to wait until I hit a hard wall before going on the gear this time. I kind of feel like i'm already at one. I've been gaining about 1/2lb a week on this diet since starting.
(months progress Top is current, bottom is a month ago)

Current weight 205
4200cals a day
5 days of solo hit style training
1 day cardio
Goals are to get to 225 with a respectable BF% 12 or less!
Can anyone tell me know long this would take with consistent diet and lifting ?
