3.5 years transformation and BF% estimate please
Hi everyone I would like to post my 3.5 years transformation and get some feedback from other members what they think about it and if they can critique my physique where I would need to improve. I believe my chest and traps are lagging as I don't have that meaty fullness of chest and traps also. Anyway the other single picture was 2 months ago when I finished my cut weighing 75 kg (165 lb). Can anyone please tell me what is my BF % approximately in that picture? thanks a lot guys.
