Former powerlifter from age of 20-26, as far as gains I made in my youth, pretty much all of it is gone at this point. I'm now nearly 31 and its time for serious change, I have low test as well and first thing I've been doing is eating better and my nutrition is in check now but it is a long road for me and I understand now. Things is I thought of starting first cycle at 25 before my injury and never got around to it since I had a pretty bad back injury at 25 and one of the causes at the time was just too much lifting and deadlifts fucked it up for me. Also I feel fine at this point, but getting the bar over 3.5 plates and the low back starts acting up again so I don't think I'll ever see a 585 dl again
