My goal, for my first phase, was to drop to 245 and retain as much muscle as possible in 3 months. I was 284 when I started, and now 240. I don't think I lost very much muscle. I am starting to get concerned with getting loose skin, so I'm slowing down my fat loss. I will alternate between clean bulking and cutting over the next 4-6 months, hopefully loosing fat at a rate I don't get loose skin.![]()
