throughout your 5 years of training, did you use the same split and high volume?
Pretty much yes, but the older my training age becomes and the better my mind-muscle connection becomes, the less volume I have to do to really kill a muscle group. I find that as I progess, I really cant do as many sets as I could when I first started.Quote:
