Hi, I am a new female member.
I am 25 years old and have been working out for the past 6 years on & off. I had extended periods of off-time due to chest surgeries. I currently finished a 16 week cycle of anavar with no post therapy - gaining 10 lbs. of non-lean muscle. Could be due to moderate drinking throughout and cheats in my diet. My current is the same as it has been for the past year and I may cheat occasionally. I would like to change my diet to hopefully lose about 10lbs in 2 weeks or as much as possible.
My current diet (which I haven't been following recently):
wakeup 3 egg whites half cup of oatmeal
workout
post workout protein shake
lunch normally grilled chicken and veg or grilled chicken salad
then a protein shake again
I did not have specific hours, I just ate when I was hungry - usually 2-4 hours in between meals or so. I will be dedicated if I have a set diet mapped out for me. So please help me!
Cardio:
45 minutes a day on the elliptical - 15 minutes pre-workout,workout, 30 minutes post workout during 1st workout
Workout:
Monday - shoulders
Tuesday - back & tris
Wednesday - full-body
Thursday - legs
Friday - full body
Saturday - bis
Sunday - off
I would like a workout to be referred to me as well if possible, but my chest cannot be trained currently for another 2 months or so. I would like a toning workout if possible?
