New member and looking for some advice.
Hi I am a new member and am looking for advice. I will start by giving some background information so you know where I am at and what my goals are. About a year ago I weighed 128 and I am 5"3 but I had EXTREMELY poor eating habits. I wouldn't eat all day except drink some sugar free red bulls and then late at night go to mcdonalds because I was so hungry. On top of that I picked up smoking and am a college student so had the occasional binge drinking nights. I did workout a lot though I was on my universities cheer team we had workouts every morning and then practices at night and I usually went to the gym on my own some time during the day at least once on stressful days sometimes twice. The reason I am explaining the past is because I feel it relates to my current issues. In January I moved in with my boyfriend and quit cheerleading and I instantly gained weight, no surprise there. I gained over 20 pounds and am now 153 regardless of the fact that I have tried to make healthier choices. I quit smoking, I now rarely go out drinking maybe once every month, I do not eat fast food at all anymore, I've gone on all different body building sites and found clean eating meal plans which I try to follow but I could still eat a lot better in the sense that some days I get so upset about the weight I've gained that I don't eat or will eat way less then I should. I workout 5 days a week, I would like to step that up to six but I am still working on that, I do about 30-45 mins of cardio (running on the treadmill) and then about 20 mins of weight training. It has been about 4 months since I gained the weight and I have been eating healthy and working out and I can not lose the weight not even a pound and I believe it is because I did so much damage to my body a year ago. I really want to get on a healthy path and lose a significant amount of weight while gaining a significant amount of muscle but I just don't know how to jump start my body and get myself out of the rut. I'm not looking to lose this weight in a week I don't care if it takes a year 2 years or 10 years. I just want to live a healthier lifestyle and be happy with my body. Is there any steroids that people recommend that may be helpful in my situation. I am still far from starting anything but I am curious on what I should start researching.
Sorry for the long post, thank you for any advice you can give me. If your advice is that steroids or any sort of diet pills supplements would not be a good path for me in my situation please don't hesitate to tell me that. Any and all honest advice I can get I will be very thankful of!
Thanks! Kay
