New member and looking for some advice.

Hi I am a new member and am looking for advice. I will start by giving some background information so you know where I am at and what my goals are. About a year ago I weighed 128 and I am 5"3 but I had EXTREMELY poor eating habits. I wouldn't eat all day except drink some sugar free red bulls and then late at night go to mcdonalds because I was so hungry. On top of that I picked up smoking and am a college student so had the occasional binge drinking nights. I did workout a lot though I was on my universities cheer team we had workouts every morning and then practices at night and I usually went to the gym on my own some time during the day at least once on stressful days sometimes twice. The reason I am explaining the past is because I feel it relates to my current issues. In January I moved in with my boyfriend and quit cheerleading and I instantly gained weight, no surprise there. I gained over 20 pounds and am now 153 regardless of the fact that I have tried to make healthier choices. I quit smoking, I now rarely go out drinking maybe once every month, I do not eat fast food at all anymore, I've gone on all different body building sites and found clean eating meal plans which I try to follow but I could still eat a lot better in the sense that some days I get so upset about the weight I've gained that I don't eat or will eat way less then I should. I workout 5 days a week, I would like to step that up to six but I am still working on that, I do about 30-45 mins of cardio (running on the treadmill) and then about 20 mins of weight training. It has been about 4 months since I gained the weight and I have been eating healthy and working out and I can not lose the weight not even a pound and I believe it is because I did so much damage to my body a year ago. I really want to get on a healthy path and lose a significant amount of weight while gaining a significant amount of muscle but I just don't know how to jump start my body and get myself out of the rut. I'm not looking to lose this weight in a week I don't care if it takes a year 2 years or 10 years. I just want to live a healthier lifestyle and be happy with my body. Is there any steroids that people recommend that may be helpful in my situation. I am still far from starting anything but I am curious on what I should start researching.

Sorry for the long post, thank you for any advice you can give me. If your advice is that steroids or any sort of diet pills supplements would not be a good path for me in my situation please don't hesitate to tell me that. Any and all honest advice I can get I will be very thankful of!

    Thanks! Kay

Kay! so glad you joined and I think this forum can help you. I haven't taken any 'supplements' and seems from my research that they can help, if you eat clean and workout. BTW, once i truely understood what and when to eat, i was able to loose and maintain my weight for about year and half now and you can too It's a committment to yourself!!

I highly encourage you to copy and repost your information in the nutritional forum, including your current stats Height/Weight/BF%, your goals and a sample of your daily diet, and workout. you will get more response and help with your diet there and worth your time and energy!

I hope you stick around long enough to achieve your goals cuz you seem highly motivated, are not a stranger to exercise and maybe just need alittle help dialing in your diet. There are steriod forums as well however, supplements are normally combined with a diet/exercise protocol.

    Just do what I do:

    200mg tren enth 2x/wk
    25mg winstrol ED
    100mg eq 2x/wk
    100mg primo 2x/wk
    100mg masteron 2x/wk
    20mg nolva ED

No, seriously, kill yourself before you do what I do.

I think you know the answer as to why you are carrying a higher level of bodyfat than you want: you aren't consistent. You said so yourself. Eating clean "most of the time" will not get you a great body. It will not get you a mostly-good body. It will give you a crappy body.

I'm guessing that since you live with a boyfriend he likes you the way you are and encourages you to have a little treat every now and then, because he thinks you deserve it? You don't. No one with any amount of bodyfat to lose deserves a treat.

Unless you are trying to gain an unnatural amount of muscle mass, why would you want to take steroids ? Why not try working with a diet coach for a few months instead? Be consistent and shoot for realistic goals; 1-2 lbs of weight loss per week. Do this for 90 days and see where you end up.
