Hey guys...just getting started with the site. I have a few questions if anyone has the time.
I am 36, 5'10" and 178# and have just started to work out again after a very long break. I have been training for the past 2 months (3 days weights and three days cardio) and my muscles have filled back up for the most part but I want faster results. I have been thinking about going with some Dbol but these type of things arent as available to me as it may be for most of the people that are here. I went to GNC the other day and bought somw NO and a test booster that I plan to take along with a multi, creatine, protein supplement and possibly some ZMA but I dont know if it's necessary.
Has anyone heard anything baout test boosters as far as the effectiveness or the lack there of?
I guess the bottom line is that I want the most results in the shortest time frame...does anyone have some suggestions?
